First printed in 1911, Prattonia is the yearbook for Pratt Institute. Since then, the book has evolved into an unconventional souvenir, a completely open brief for each year's team to interpret.
THE CONCEPT: SPACETIME
Spacetime is a reality in which space and time are unified into a continuum in which all events and occurrences exist simultaneously and in relationship to one another. Our goal was to capture the beautiful coincidences between the class of 2015 and all of the students who came in the 127 years before.
CONTENT
Over the course of 9 months, we captured portraits of over 500 students, took more than 2000 campus shots, and spent hours digging through school and public archives to fill our nearly 200 page book. 1000 final copies were printed and bound.
